He’s also one of the industries leading New Media producers and was at the forefront of relaunching MLB Network’s “At-Home” coverage during the pandemic lockdowns of 2020. Rich attended Columbia University where he lettered in D1 Baseball and was the recipient of the 2000 Columbia University Baseball Award for outstanding leadership both on and off the field . He currently resides on Long Island with his wife Jess, his 2 dogs Bella and Macey, and his cat Stuart.

Join the Babes for a fangirling episode featuring one of baseball's greatest contributors, Veronica Alvarez. Veronica is a four-time U.S. Women's National Baseball Team player, medalist, and the current team's manager. She has coached in the Oakland Athletics organization since 2019, and in 2022, she became the first female to manage for the Athletics' High-A affiliate Lansing Lugnuts. She is currently serving as their Latin Player Development Coach. She served as an instructor at the inaugural Girls Baseball Elite Development Invitational and has been an instructor at the MLB Trailblazer Series since it began in 2017. In 2019, she was the recipient of the Rod Dedeaux Coach of the Year award.
